Trust your ways to
God
1 Corinthians 13:12
For now we see in a
mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know
just as I also am known
Our vision of
life is limited by our humanness;
pr.16:9 says, “A man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord
directs his steps.”
But we can trust ourselves to the One who has an unlimited
view.
Isaiah 55:6-9
6 Seek the LORD while He may be found, Call
upon Him while He is near.
7 Let the
wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous
man his thoughts;
Let him return to the LORD, And He will have mercy on him;
And to our
God, For He will abundantly pardon.
8“ For My thoughts
are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the LORD.
9“ For as the
heavens are higher than the earth, So
are My ways higher than your ways,
And My thoughts
than your thoughts.
Jer29:11 says, “I know the thoughts that I have of you, says
the Lord, ‘thoughts of peace and not evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
There’s so much now I cannot see,
My eyesight’s far too dim.
But come what may, I’ll simply trust,
