being a good steward

In Matthew 25:14-30 Jesus tells  the parable of the talents and likens it to the Kingdom of God; In the parable the owner leaves everything he owns to his servants and requires them to continue with the job he started. He only required them to do according to their ability. It's interesting to note that the only one who didn't do his job was the one that least was required of him? Why? He said "he was afraid" Why do you think he was afraid? He was only asked to do a little bit! Fear is no excuse for not doing, God will not accept that as a reason. I believe that every worry and problem and anxiety  in our life is  based on fear; the Bible says perfect love,(Gods love) will cast out fear, so none of us (christians)have that as an excuse. Remember God has promised to be with us in  "every" trouble. Just believe that and trust Him.
