Who is the greater one?
The Holy Spirit
1Jn.3:24; Now he who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.
1Jn4:4 “You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.”.
The One who is in you (the Holy Spirit) is the greater one.
There is no shortage of things to worry about; no shortage of things to hurt and distract you, and even destroy you.
Soooo What can we do?
Scripture: Mark 10:27
Jesus was blunt: "No chance at all if you think you can pull it off by yourself. Every chance in the world if you let God do it." MSG
In our own power we can do nothing; (except) make the decision to give it All to God and let Him tell you what moves to make to overcome. He has the power and the knowledge that we need.
One thing He doesn’t have is your will!
The instant you decide to turn it all over to Him, it becomes His problem to solve, not yours. And He is the Greater One.
