God's Way is Best

The Better Way

Why is it important to seek the Lord and His ways?

Prov.16:2; “All the ways of man are pure in his own eyes, But the Lord weighs the spirit.”

Sometimes we forget just how important it is to know what God thinks about what we are doing. We think that it’s our business and we can do it any way we want to;
\
Even as smart as we are we still don’t know the outcome of our decisions until it happens; But God does. He sees the end from the beginning.[ Isaiah 46:10]
“Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done, Saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My pleasure,’

So doesn’t it make sense to ask Him about something before we do it, or say it?

Isaiah 55:7-9 (New King James Version)

7 Let the wicked forsake his way,

And the unrighteous man his thoughts;

Let him return to the LORD,

And He will have mercy on him;

And to our God,

For He will abundantly pardon.

8 “ For My thoughts are not your thoughts,

Nor are your ways My ways,” says the LORD.

9 “ For as the heavens are higher than the earth,

So are My ways higher than your ways,

And My thoughts than your thoughts.

Lord today I choose your way, because You are smarter than I am. According to Your word if I follow Your ways I will never fail. Amen

Stick to the Plan

Stick to the plan

Today God is saying to you, “Stick to the plan!” nothing takes God by surprise. He is a master planner. Joseph discovered that when your family turns against you, your friends let you down and you finish up in trouble, God still has a plan. Looking back Joseph could say, “You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good” (Gen.50: 20) When your situation seems too hard to handle and downright impossible to explain, remind yourself God said, “I know the plans I have for you.” (Jer.29:11)

Some of us are not sure God has made up his mind about us, so we keep trying to earn His favor. Give it up! Receive the truth that God, for Christ’s sake has decided to bless you. And when God decides, temporary situations or actions of others don’t change His decision. There’s nothing the enemy devises against you that God hasn’t already made “a way of escape”. For Paul writes, :God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above what you are able; but will with the temptation make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it. (1cor10:13) In times of testing you learn how faithful God is. He knows what you can handle. He will “make a way” so you can come through this season stronger, and ready for what is next. So, stick to the plan, it’s only a matter of time before God reveals the solution.

20 But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive (Gen 50:20)

When things are overwhelming you, remember that, God has a plan and, stick to it.

When you don’t know what to do, just stand still and keep believing.

If we could see the reason for what is happening we wouldn’t need faith.

Just as the old song says; “Trust and obey, for there’s no other way.”

God Will give

God Gives To Us

Rom.8:31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? (32) He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

As I read this scripture I began to think about the way that we look at God’s promises.

Sometimes we make them null (of no effect) by making our own excuses as to why it won’t happen for us; or as to what God really meant when He said it.

God has proved His intent by giving His own son. When we look at that “fact and truth” we cannot question God’s intent for us. We may question His ways to accomplish the promise but that’s only because we don’t know Him well enough to know that He intends to do us good.

Jer. 29:11, 11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope

I was just mesmerized by the thought; God intends to fulfill every promise He has made, He has proved that by showing us just how far He will go when He gave us His son and had Him crucified (the cruelest death ever) for our benefit.

Look at Rom. 8:32 again, He who spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, He will also with Him (Jesus) also freely give us “all things” Hallelujah!!
Think about that He will give to us freely whatever we need, and best of all, He knows (without a doubt) what is best for us.

Victory Scriptures

1 Peter 5:8-9

8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
James 4:7
7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
1 John 4:4
4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
1cor2: 6 We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.

The only way to be genuine is to let Jesus stamp you with an image of himself;

Only genuine Christians are worth anything. It doesn’t matter how wrinkled and creased they are if they are authentic they are worth more. Just like an antique.
Greater is He that is within you than he who is in the world.
